Counterflow air against a settling pellet bed — hot pellets leave within 3–5 °C of ambient, hard, dry and ready to screen.
6–30 t/h Ambient +3–5 °C Stage 05 · Cooling
The SKLN cooler draws ambient air upward through a descending bed of hot pellets, so the coolest air always meets the coolest product. Pellets exit within 3–5 °C of ambient with moisture flashed off, protecting durability and safe storage.
Level sensors and a slide-gate discharge keep bed depth — and cooling time — constant regardless of line rate from 6 to 30 t/h.
